Is this your first time here?
Our vouchers work like a gift card. The recipient can choose the experience and the city that suits them best.
The easiest way is to start from the price of a specific experience. On the website, click the Location tab, select the city and the experience you want to give. Based on the listed price, you then purchase a voucher of the same value in the Vouchers section.
If you want to book a specific date right away, simply select the city, experience, date, and click Add to cart. In that case, you are not buying a voucher but a direct reservation for the selected date.
All our vouchers are universal. If the recipient changes their mind about the city or type of experience, they can use the voucher for any other ArtMoment experience in any location.
The standard validity of our vouchers is 6 months from purchase. If you miss it, no worries, you can extend your voucher online within a few minutes.
Just go to the Voucher extension page, enter the voucher code, and choose how long you want to extend the validity. After payment, you will receive confirmation by email and can use the voucher again.
We add new dates gradually and regularly. You usually see them in the calendar about 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
If you like a specific experience but there are currently no dates available, you can activate a watchdog for it. As soon as we add a new date, we will send you an email so you can book a spot first.

The date can be changed no later than 48 hours before the start of the experience. Just write to us at support@artmoment.sk and include your order number and the new date that suits you.
If you want more certainty, you can add the Increased flexibility service to your cart when purchasing. Thanks to this, you can change the date even shortly before the event according to the current rules listed on the website.
A simple rule applies. If you contact us in time, the time when you sent the change request counts, not the time when we manage to reply. So you do not have to worry about losing your experience just because we are handling multiple inquiries at once.
The experience
- You will spend three hours with us in a charming environment, during which you will manage to finish your painting.
- First, we will welcome you and seat you.
- Everything you need will already be prepared, and you can choose a welcome drink of your liking.
- After choosing a template, our instructors will explain everything and give you useful tips to get started.
- We will then help prepare the paints, and an apron is, of course, provided so you do not get dirty.
- Throughout the evening, there will be space for individual questions and consultations.
- During the experience, pleasant service and the full menu of the given restaurant or café are also available.
- At the end of the evening, we will carefully pack your painting and gladly clean everything up.
- Your task is simply to enjoy the evening and let yourself be taken care of.
The answer is YES. Most participants in our experience evenings are people who last held a brush in kindergarten or elementary school. The entire concept is designed so that even someone with no experience or so called talent can handle it. Throughout the evening, our excellent instructors are available for individual consultations.
If you paint occasionally or regularly, we will be happy to talk with you and adjust the evening individually so that you do not get bored.
We recommend the painting experience for everyone aged 12 and above. During the experience, it is necessary to focus on painting for 3 hours. Younger children lose attention more quickly and may sometimes require much more intensive and detailed individual guidance. However, since we want to provide the same quality of experience to all our customers, we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, we prefer an age when children can confidently handle the concept of the evening and enjoy the experience just like adults.

The experience evening lasts 3 hours. During this time, you will manage to paint a stylish picture. Even if you have never painted before. During the evening, you will also have time to chat with friends and enjoy something nice to drink.
The experience takes place in carefully selected cafés and restaurants. Current dates and venues are available in the calendar on the main page of the website.
We offer a whole set of templates selected by artists based on difficulty, feasibility, and appearance. The selection is really wide. From motifs inspired by pop art, landscapes, animals, or flowers to more abstract pieces. Our instructors will be available to help you choose. They will gladly advise you on which motif is the right one.
At ArtMoment experience evenings, we paint with acrylics. Thanks to their properties, they are suitable even for complete beginners. Acrylic paints dry quickly and have excellent coverage and color intensity.
You might think something old, but not at all. We want this evening to belong only to you and to be a unique experience for you in an elegant and charming environment.
Feel free to wear those new dresses or your favorite shirt. We have a functional yet elegant apron prepared for everyone, which will protect your clothes and keep them clean.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the official start of the experience. This way, you will have a few extra minutes to sit down comfortably and order something nice to drink.
Of course. Just include the name of the person you wish to sit with in the note to your order, and we will seat you together.
We add new experience dates to the calendar gradually on a monthly basis. This means that dates for March are announced in mid January.
Reservation
On the main page, you will always find the currently announced dates, which we list 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we do not offer others at the moment. You can also follow information about newly added dates on our social media.
Would you like to arrange an individual date for a group of ten or more people? Contact us and we will be happy to discuss this option.
Yes. In the case of a reservation for 10 or more people, we will be happy to prepare the entire evening according to your wishes. The course of the evening can also be adjusted based on individual requirements. We can also arrange excellent catering. You can look forward to an ArtMoment celebration or a company teambuilding tailored exactly to you. Write to us at info@artmoment.sk so we can discuss the details together.
It can happen. In that case, please call us as soon as possible. Together, we will find the best solution. A reservation can be cancelled or changed to another date no later than two days (48 hours) before the event. Unfortunately, it is not possible later. Exceptions are urgent reasons, such as illness with COVID 19.
Payment on site is unfortunately not possible. Payment is made by card or bank transfer during the reservation.
Gift voucher
In the tab of the city where you want to experience the event, select a date in the calendar that suits you best. Selected? Great. Now create a reservation as if you were making a regular order. In the shopping cart under the order summary, you will find the GIFT VOUCHER field. Enter the unique code from your gift voucher there and click APPLY. This step will reduce the order price to zero, and you can complete the reservation according to the instructions without paying anything extra.
You will receive the voucher in electronic form immediately after completing the order. You can print it yourself right away. Or wait a few days, and we will be happy to prepare the voucher for you in an elegant gift version. We print vouchers on high quality paper and send them in a luxury envelope, so you do not have to worry about anything.
The price of a gift voucher is equal to the price of ArtMoment experience evenings. If you wish, for a fee of 4 to 6 EUR, we will also send you the voucher in an elegant gift version in addition to the electronic version. The amount depends on the delivery method you choose.
For a fee of 4 EUR, you can pick up the voucher at your favorite Zásilkovna pickup point. If home delivery suits you better, for 6 EUR a courier service will deliver the package directly to your door.
You will receive the electronic version of the voucher to your email immediately after completing the order. You can gift it right away. We ship the printed version the same or the next business day. You can expect the voucher within 2 to 3 business days.
Do not wait and turn your gift voucher into a unique experience within 6 months of purchase. If you do not make it in time, the voucher validity can be further extended on this page .
Yes. If you did not manage to enjoy your experience within 6 months of purchasing the voucher, do not worry. Its validity can be extended by another 6 months for a fee of 16 EUR or by a full year for a fee of 20 EUR. You can extend the voucher on this page.
No. All vouchers are designed in a luxurious but uniform style. You can see what they look like here:

We print vouchers on high quality thick paper in larger quantities and in a unified elegant design. Therefore, additional modifications are unfortunately not possible. However, for 8 EUR, we will gladly customize the electronic voucher exactly according to your wishes. You can then print the voucher yourself.
Yes. You will receive the electronic version of the voucher immediately after completing the order.
Yes. The printed voucher has the same number as the electronic one.
Payment
You can choose from several options:
- Payment card via GoPay.
- Using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Using benefit cards Edenred, Benefity.cz, Sodexo, Benefit Plus, Up! eBenefity.
- Or use instant purchase with deferred payment via Twisto.
We have still successfully received your order, so please do not create another one. We will soon send you instructions for repeating the payment to the email address provided in the order.

Yes. We can change the payment method even for an already created but unprocessed order. Please prepare your order number and contact us via phone or email customer support. We will sort everything out together.
Payment with Edenred and Up! eBenefity cards. After loading the payment gateway, enter your card number and other required details. The payment will then be processed automatically.
Payment with Sodexo, Benefit Plus, and Benefity.cz cards. At the end of the order, enter your order number in the "YOUR NOTE" field. We will then contact you by phone and process the payment manually.
Payment on site is unfortunately not possible. If you are interested in a last minute order or wish to make an additional payment for an extra person, please contact us by email at support@artmoment.sk. We will be happy to handle everything with you.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF DATE
Yes, certainly. You can request a date change up to 48 hours before the start of the booked experience.
If you want greater flexibility, add our "increased flexibility" service to your cart for 8 EUR. With it, you can change the experience date up to 15 minutes before it starts.
Yes, you can make this change at any time before the start of the experience.
Yes, you have that option as well. If you manage to do so up to 48 hours before the start of the booked experience, the cancellation is free of charge.
If you choose the "increased flexibility" option in the cart, you will be able to cancel the experience free of charge even up to 6 hours before its start.
If you cancel the date no later than one hour before the start of the experience and provide serious reasons for the cancellation, 50 percent of the course price will be refunded. If you do not justify your absence or do not notify us at all, the full course price is forfeited.
